Privacy

The client transmits campaign activation, device, and account-identifying data to services operated by Wilson so it can authorize access, enforce device limits, and revoke access when needed.

Credentials and tokens

Activation invite keys and device tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes on the activation service. Foundry passwords are submitted directly to the campaign's Foundry service for login. When a player explicitly chooses to save a Foundry password, the saved copy remains in the current user's Windows Credential Manager. Foundry passwords are never sent to the activation service.

Use of data

The client and activation service do not use analytics or advertising, and personal data is not sold. Operational records are used only to provide and secure access to the private campaign.
